We are sharing the important event of FIDIC ASIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE 2025 on behalf of MA Indonesia. Kindly find the information below:
First and foremost, we sincerely thank you for your continued support and commitment to FIDIC Asia Pacific.
It is with great excitement that we remind and invite you all to register for the upcoming Annual FIDIC Asia Pacific/FAP Conference 2025, which will be held under the theme ‘New Technologies Transforming the Engineering and Construction Industry’.
18–20 August 2025

Join us at this high-impact conference that will bring together key players from the engineering and construction Industry, in infrastructure sectors globally, in particular in Asia Pacific region.
What’s New This Year?
We’re excited to introduce a new addition to this year’s conference:
The Business Matching and Networking Session.
This dedicated session is designed to encourage collaboration and open up real opportunities for partnerships among professionals and organizations across the Asia Pacific region. It will be one of the key moments of the event—bringing people together in a focused, effective setting to connect, exchange ideas, and explore ways to work together.
We will also have the “Young Professionals Leadership Summit 2.0”, organized by FIDIC ASPAC Future Leaders’ Executive Committee (AFLEC) following the success of the first edition held during the Annual Conference in Nepal. If your Member Association has a Future Leader (under 40 years old) interested to speak in a panel of aspiring Future Leaders, and have the conference registration fee fully waived, you can contact AFLEC representatives as follows:

Abstract Submission Deadline Extension: 15 July 2025
We are also further extending the deadline for abstract submission to be selected to present papers in the conference. There will be 5-7 technical panels in which you can present your papers, and selected presenters will also have their conference registration fee fully waived.
